Nicky Shulman, CoFounder
Born and raised in Los Angeles, Nicky Shulman is no stranger to high end construction. He has been in the industry for over 20 years and has worked with the most discerning clients on both coasts. He started MagnaPro Construction because he believed there was a better way for general contractors to work with designers, architects, owners reps, and homeowners. Nicky views it as a partnership and ensures MagnaPro delivers excellence on each and every project.
Albert Grodzki, CoFounder
Albert emigrated to the United States in the 1990s from Poland. He has been focused on high end construction in New York City for over twenty years. He met Nicky while working at another high end construction management company in New York and realized they shared a passion for delivery of high quality work without exception. They founded MagnaPro Construction in 2014 and soon after completed Rebecca Minkoff’s flagship New York City store in SoHo.
